Delete your recurring payment

Recurring paid subscriptions can be terminated at the end of the current period. To terminate for the next due date, go to your PayPal account or the Stripe portal and delete the recurring payment.

Here’s how to do it:

With Paypal

Log in to your PayPal account. Click on Preferences (cogwheel icon) at the top right of the page.

Next, click on Payments, then Pre-Approved Payments in Payment Settings.

Then select myQR-invoice.ch to cancel the authorization and click Cancel.

Finally, follow the instructions to cancel the authorization.

If you do not have a PayPal account, contact our support department directly so we can cancel the authorization.

With Stripe (payment by card)

Go to the Stripe portal, then enter the email address linked to your account on myQR-invoice. Once logged in, you will be able to cancel the recurring payment.

This does not delete your myQR-invoice account. Once the period has expired, your account will revert to a free account.

The deletion of the account does not entitle the user to a refund of the current period, nor does it entitle the user to be billed.
