Description of the subscription
You can prepare the same invoice for a list of recipients prepared in Excel. Or bill separate periods per invoice, for a single recipient.
This subscription is suitable if you need to send the same invoice to several people, or if you need to invoice rentals or services that take place at regular intervals.
Payment information
The customer’s name and invoice number are embedded in the QR code. When paying, your customer will not have to re-enter them.
On your side, you will immediately know who paid what. Even if the payment is made through a bank account that is not in your customer’s name.
Calculation of the VAT
The VAT is calculated on the subtotal of the invoice (single rate per invoice). The amount can be adjusted manually.
Your VAT number is taken from your profile and displayed under your address.
Multiple debtors from an Excel list
Send the same invoices to a list of customers saved in Excel. Ideal for membership calls or course fees.
Invoices in PDF format are saved in a ZIP file.

Your logo is displayed above the address mentioned in your profile.

Your logo image contains your address. The address in your profile does not appear.
No logo
Your logo is not displayed. Only the address mentioned in your profile is displayed.
You can define the width of your logo in pixels to perfectly adjust its integration in the header of your invoices.
